License Grant
By downloading and using Price Calc, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app on your personal device.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the app.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Data Sources
Price Calc optionally displays live exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices sourced from the following independent third-party providers:
- Pyth Network (Hermes REST API) — SOL/USD cryptocurrency price feed.

- Frankfurter API — Fiat currency exchange rates based on European Central Bank reference data.

Price Calc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Pyth Network or Frankfurter. These integrations are provided solely as a convenience feature.
Rate Data Disclaimer — Reference Only
Important: All exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices displayed in Price Calc are sourced from third-party providers and are provided for reference and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.
- Displayed rates may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to data provider limitations, network conditions, or other factors outside the developer's control.
- Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change significantly within seconds.
- Exchange rates shown are indicative and may differ from rates available through financial institutions, payment processors, or brokers at the time of any transaction.
- You should independently verify all rates before making any purchasing, financial, or investment decision.
- The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any rate data displayed in the app.
Disclaimer
Price Calc is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any calculation results, exchange rate data, or cryptocurrency price data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, this app;
- Any reliance on exchange rate or cryptocurrency price information displayed by the app;
- Any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other harm resulting from decisions made based on data shown in the app;
- Inaccuracies, delays, or outages in third-party data provider services.
This limitation applies even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms above.
